ABOUT ME
I grew up in London and moved to Devon aged 10. I had a difficult time in school and this is where I experienced my first therapeutic relationship. Aged 16, I decided counselling was my path and here I am now, 16 years on, providing a safe and empathic space for others to share their stories with me.

Throughout my life I have engaged in a variety of forms of therapy and psycho-education which have allowed me to acknowledge difficult and painful memories of my past. Such as, how my primary attachments affect my relationships in the present. I've learnt how trauma can impact the mind, body and emotions and how to move towards a healthy and compassionate relationship with myself and therefore with others.

I feel that the relationship with self is the most important relationship we can build and this is where the core of my practice sits.

Alongside my Private Practice I also run Sapphire Practice Rooms with my good friend and colleague.

In my spare time I try to get outdoors with my pup, Salty, as often as possible. I enjoy an active lifestyle which includes hiking, camping, surfing, mountain biking, running, reading and socialising with my loved ones. All of these elements providing additional therapy of sorts and fuel for my soul.
